Forms and Resources -

FAST students launch on the zipline.
If you would like to become a member of the FAST Academy, please open the file below (student_appl_teacher_eval11.doc.pdf). This application includes teacher recommendation forms that must be given to your current English teacher and another teacher of your choice. Both the application and the completed recommendations are submitted to Mr. Mark Kanaapu in either the Sports Office or the main office. Notifications of acceptances are in spring, before the end of the school year.
Current students who are going on academy field trips must have the "absent from class permission" form completed by all their teachers. This must be submitted to their FAST teacher at least 2 days prior to the field trip. The required form is below.
Students enrolled in ROP Sports Training or Physical Therapy will intern during the spring semester. FAST students who are planning their internships should consult our partners. The names and addresses of our partners are given under Resources. Click here for Our Partners.
The Resources page includes links to the colleges, universities, and field trips we have visited. All FAST students must take the SAT or ACT test during the junior year. The resources page gives the registration links for both exams. Athletes, especially juniors, will want to visit the NCAA Eligibility site and that link is also on the Resources page. Click here for Resources.
